AI diagnostic & scoping: know where you stand, and where to start.
A short, fixed-price and low-commitment engagement: we assess your AI and automation maturity, identify high-ROI use cases, and you walk away with a prioritised, actionable roadmap.
The problem
Plenty of AI ideas, little in production
Most organisations run more and more experiments without a clear framework: POCs that never make it to production, use cases chosen by opportunity rather than ROI, and difficulty making trade-offs for lack of a clear view of true maturity (data, processes, skills, governance). The result: budget spent, little value captured.
The ianos diagnostic answers a simple and decisive question: which use cases deserve to be industrialised first, and what stands between you and getting there?
Our approach in 4 steps
Scoping & interviews
Workshops with the business and IT to understand objectives, constraints and pain points.
Maturity assessment
Data, processes, infrastructure, skills and governance, scored against an objective framework.
Use cases & ROI
Identification and scoring of use cases by value, feasibility and effort.
Prioritised roadmap
A sequenced roadmap, with quick wins and structural initiatives.
Deliverables
What you walk away with
- A concise map of your AI & automation maturity
- A scored use-case portfolio (value / feasibility / effort)
- A prioritised 6-to-18-month roadmap, with quick wins identified
- A ROI estimate and the prerequisites (data, infrastructure, skills)
- An executive readout ready to share with the committee

Frequently asked questions
How long does a diagnostic take?
Generally 2 to 3 weeks depending on the scope and the availability of stakeholders. The precise schedule is set during scoping.
Does the diagnostic commit us to anything further?
No. It is a deliberately low-commitment entry offer. The roadmap is yours; you remain free to implement it with us, in-house, or otherwise.
Do you need access to our data?
Not necessarily at this stage. The diagnostic relies mainly on interviews and a documentation review. If a deeper analysis is useful, it is carried out under strict confidentiality.
Who needs to be involved on the client side?
Ideally a sponsor (executive or IT leadership), the business owners of the processes in scope, and a data/IT contact. A few hours of interviews are enough.
Move from experimentation to AI in production
Start with a short, fixed-price assessment: maturity, high-ROI use cases, and a prioritised roadmap. No commitment.
